The historic neighborhood shopping street is packed with local food stalls, takoyaki stands, sushi counters, and daily amenities, making it a wonderful stroll.

Yes. JR Momodani Station connects you perfectly across the regional transit framework:

  • From Kansai International Airport (KIX): Approximately 1 hour via express rail connections.
  • From JR Shin-Osaka Station (Shinkansen): Approximately 30 minutes.
  • From Kintetsu Osaka-Namba Station: Approximately 15 minutes.

The sanctuary serves as an ideal base for western Japan day-trips. You can unpack your bags once and travel effortlessly to major local spots:

Arrival & Parameters

We do not offer guest parking on-site. Although the property footprint technically features a physical driveway space, the home is located on a quiet residential path with strict municipal driving bans during school commuting hours to ensure child safety for the nearby school.

To eliminate any accidental traffic violations or neighborhood disturbance, our private slot remains entirely closed. Instead, we ask driving guests to park at any of the multiple **24-hour public coin-parking lots located less than a 2-minute walk from our front gate**.

Our operational schedules are structured as follows:

  • Check-In Window: From 16:00 to 23:00 (4:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
  • Check-Out Time: Strictly before 10:00 AM.

Please note: To allow our professional housekeeping teams enough time to sanitize a large multi-story property to our luxury standards, early arrivals or late check-outs cannot be accommodated.

Property Layout & Amenities

Yes. Booking the sanctuary gives your group **100% exclusive access to the entire 3-story detached house**. The property handles **up to 12 guests** across three fully separate sleeping floor footprints:

  • 1st Floor (Master Suite): 2 Double Beds, private shower room, vanity sink, and private toilet.
  • 2nd Floor (Living & Dining Area): Full kitchen, main family bathroom, laundry hub, toilet, and 1 Single Sofa Bed.
  • 3rd Floor (Bedroom A): 2 Double Beds and 1 Single Sofa Bed.
  • 3rd Floor (Bedroom B): 2 Single Beds.

Structural Note: The internal staircases are built in a traditional Japanese layout, meaning they are slightly steeper than typical western frames. If anyone in your traveling party has significant physical mobility issues or cannot safely climb stairs, we kindly recommend reviewing this layout before booking.

We supply everything needed to allow your family to arrive light-handed:

  • Appliances: High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Netflix/YouTube, and a drum laundry machine with an integrated clothes dryer (detergent provided).
  • Kitchen Core: Microwave, refrigerator, kettle, pots, pans, Japanese chef knives, dinnerware, and essential cooking oils/seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce).
  • Bespoke Family Gear: Complimentarily requestable baby cribs, safety high-chairs, and children's tableware sets.
  • Personal Care: Toothbrushes, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. We provide 1 large bath towel and 1 face towel per guest upon arrival. (Please note mid-stay towel switches and room-cleaning services are not provided).

We are currently offering our signature design space at a **significant promotional discount** due to temporary city infrastructure work taking place directly in front of the building footprint on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 17:00 (5:00 PM).

There is absolutely zero construction during evenings, nights, or weekends. For travelers who plan to be out exploring the wonderful sights of Kyoto and Osaka during the daytime, this rate represents an unmatched luxury value play.

Guidelines & Legal Compliance

Because our property sits within a peaceful, authentic local residential neighborhood, we preserve community relationships via clear guidelines:

  • Strictly Footwear-Free: Shoes must be taken off at the entry genkan to protect our custom flooring.
  • 100% Smoke-Free: Smoking is entirely banned inside the house and around the outside perimeter.
  • Nighttime Noise Limits: Windows must be closed tightly at night. Please keep your voices down inside the house and along the street, especially **after 22:00 (10:00 PM)**.
  • Oversized Trash Policy: Japanese municipal trash collection will not accept broken suitcases, strollers, or large items. If you need us to dispose of an item, please notify us ahead of time. A standard **3,000 JPY handling fee per item** applies to oversized items left behind.
