Because we carry out rigorous health, safety, and deep sterilization protocols on all infant items prior to guest arrivals, infant gear is not stored unsecured inside the home. Every asset is brought in and placed by our staging team following your direct request.
The 1-Week Request Rule
Kindly submit all infant furniture and structural bedding requests at least one week (7 days) prior to your arrival date. This allows our coordination team to safely integrate the gear into your custom layout floorplan before check-in.

Bedding & Sofa-Bed Guidelines
To preserve the elite layout and circulation pathways inside the design villa, structural layout adjustments follow strict occupancy rules:
- Sofa-Bed Operations: Staging and opening our custom single sofa-beds (located on the 2nd and 3rd floors) is strictly reserved for larger traveling parties containing 7 or more registered guests.
- Space Layout Safety: For smaller groups, the beds remain cleanly folded down to serve as premium lounge seating, giving your family maximum structural room to move around light-handedly.
Structural Awareness for Parents
Haven Kukan is a beautiful, authentic standalone 3-story home. In keeping with classic Japanese townhome architecture, the internal staircases are built tightly and efficiently, resulting in a steeper incline than standard modern Western open-stair designs.
